As you’d expect, the photographs of food in the previous post were stock from the internet. Now that I’ve started of course, I can insert my own instead. The meat and spices soaked in wine of course was nothing all that special…
But once the veg was added, and the slow-cooker is at heat, it looks a lot more interesting, to me at least…
Now to let it cook down for a few hours and see what else we can do with it…
