Visitation

This weekend, my partner Louise and I were visited by the lovely Katelyn from Reading (whom I met a while ago on the book of faces, and have met once since). Movies were watched, food was eaten and alcohol was consumed, as one would expect. Everyone got on well, which made me happy, and I’ve heard a rumour that snuggles might have happened too, though I couldn’t possibly comment on that, being all innocent and all. And in any case, the weather is fine this morning, no high winds, no rain, no floods or anything that’d be predicted by UKIP, so what can I say…

Reversals

So, I have not had the best of luck recently, as those of you who follow me regularly will be aware. What with late prescriptions, benefit issues and general bouts of depression adding to the general levity of joblessness that is my life. Now fortune appears to be reversing, at least for now. I just wanted to put this out there, given we’ve just been subjected to the phenomenon, but sprouts are just wrong! You hear me Wetherspoons? I don’t care how traditional you think they might be. They are wrong! An abomination in the eyes of … me!

Catching up…

It’s been a while since I wrote anything here so I suppose an update is well overdue. I had meant to write a few things last week, but for one reason or another, things started to get on top of me and blogging drifted slowly to the bottom of the list. Never a good thing really.
